The Intrepid Group is now looking for a German-speaking B2B Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team in the London office. This individual is a team all-rounder responsible for assisting in the development, organisation and implementation of the Intrepid Group brand’s marketing strategy to ensure a well-planned and exceptionally organised approach to multi-brand marketing.

This role will support the B2B (Senior) Marketing Executives to grow our business across the EMEA region. The individual will be collaborating with the industry marketing teams to support agent partners with collateral, be responsible for administration tasks such as invoicing and POs, analysing booking patterns and campaign performance, communicating marketing activity with sales teams and the wider business and support with campaign execution.

  • Native German speaker and fluent in English

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous experience in a marketing role
  • Creative copywriting skills
  • Experience of the travel industry and broad personal travel experience

Operational Accountabilities of Role Benchmark Measure

Growth in key Industry Partner sales across EMEA

  • Gross sales per year as per sales budget
  • Effective marketing campaigns & industry-specific promotions as determined by KPIs

Strategic Brand Positioning

  • Coordinate the annual marketing strategy and plans with the Intrepid Group’s marketing team
  • Ensure internal sales teams are fully briefed and connected with all campaigns and live promotions
  • Contribute and support B2B marketing activities where necessary to help achieve objectives
  • Coordinate the delivery of campaign and artwork requirements including point of sale and any digital collateral
  • Coordinate the planning of events and ensure we deliver on the follow up
  • Maintain brand consistency across industry communication channels, ensuring trade awareness for all relevant marketing messages
  • Assist with industry eDM execution as a channel for industry communication
  • Act on own initiative to monitor, evaluate and report on competitors’ marketing activity

Local Area Marketing Support

  • Assist with travel show and events related collateral e.g. deal flyers
  • Support PGMs with local store marketing requirements
  • Work closely with EMEA design and content teams to facilitate last-minute requests


  • Proof reading of various marketing collateral, including brochures prior to printing and publishing
  • Researching, brainstorming and developing interesting and creative content for campaigns, eDM and the website in conjunction with the wider team
  • Written copy to be descriptive, inspirational and enticing yet accurate and a reflection of reality. The very highest standards of grammar, spelling and accuracy are required
  • Reproduction standards for published work (pictures, graphic, maps and text) to be maintained to existing high standards or improved upon


  • Responsible for processing invoices and POs
  • Loading and maintaining of Intrepid trips on core partner websites and databases

Campaign management

  • Briefing campaigns team on partner requirements in alignment with B2B calendar
  • Set up of promotional deals for partner specific activity
  • Support partnerships with administrative requirements and activities, such as promo codes, FOC requests and incentives
  • Work with B2B marketing executives to deliver flight package costings for industry partners
  • Analyse campaign ROI, providing clear, accurate and timely analysis and recommendations


  • Proactively analyse and report on all industry marketing activities and initiatives, including weekly updates for department meetings and full monthly activity reports

Ad hoc marketing activities

  • Attending marketing activities such as travel shows and Intrepid Group events
  • Working with the wider team you will be required to be involved with general marketing projects on an ad hoc basis, always ensuring that the Intrepid Group brands are appropriately positioned internally, externally and in all direct communications
  • Assisting PR team with proofing of press releases and image sourcing
  • Contributing as needed to ensure all marketing activity is within budget, drives sales and brings a strong ROI
