Client Lead / Business Director / Managing Partner

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Client Lead / Business Director / Managing Partner to come into a top global creative network agency and help them lead and director a major client / brand. 

The Client Lead / Business Director / Managing Partner will report into the senior team and you will lead a sizeable agency team of around 12 account handlers. The Client Lead / Business Director / Managing Partner will partner with the senior clients, all of whom are smart, strategic and creative thinkers, and you'll help to share, lead and direct their business at a global level. 

The agency make the creative work centrally, but work with the end markets to deliver and execute the work. The Client Lead / Business Director / Managing Partner will work alongside the senior client team to deliver the brand strategy and creative work, and then create global comms toolkits. The UK work is made by the London agency, and some of the European work is made by London too, but also made with the local market teams. 

We are ideally looking for a Client Lead / Business Director / Managing Partner who has worked at a pan European and global level, working in a similar capacity. You'll be a Client Lead / Business Director / Managing Partner who has a good understanding of working with a variety of stakeholders both in the UK and across Europe. 

The Client Lead / Business Director / Managing Partner needs to understand brand, retail and some tactical led comms work. Social and digital plays a major part in what this agency makes for this client. The work ranges from season led campaigns, including major Christmas ads, and all other comms led work. You'll be a Client Lead / Business Director / Managing Partner who gets retail comms led work, advertising (brand and tactical), TV, digital, content, film and design POS / retail work. The Client Lead / Business Director / Managing Partner will oversee all of this work for the brand and you'll lead the creative and strategic work with the senior clients.

The Client Lead / Business Director / Managing Partner needs to be commercially astute, someone who understands how to manage agency and client revenues, and someone who can grow accounts organically. We are looking for a Client Lead / Business Director / Managing Partner who can really build trust with a client quickly and instil an excellent agency and client dynamic, turning it into a real partnership.
