Resource / Traffic / Studio Manager
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Resource Manager to join this award winning creative and technology agency, based in Central London.
My client is an independent mid-sized creative agency that works with some of the world’s biggest and best business brands. The agency has a global feel with several offices worldwide, that all work together to design multi-award winning experiences for their clients’ customers and employees. The work they produce is incredibly varied and creatively challenging from full brand strategy and development to content campaigns to digital design and build to video and experiential campaigns. They are now looking for a new Resource Manager to help manage the time of their creative, design and development teams.
The role of the Resource Manager will be to coordinate the time and workflow of the busy creative, strategy, video, artwork, UX and development teams. As such the role requires someone with strong communication and organisation skills, to act as a lynchpin between all departments, ensuring all work is delivered on time and in budget. Also being their first Resource Manager they are looking for someone who can holistically look at processes, make improvements and improve efficiencies.
As such to be the right Resource Manager you’ll have at least 5 years agency experience gained in a traffic, studio, production or creative services role and be confident to deal with all workflow management. The work they do is very varied from print to complex web design and development to video so you’ll need experience of working on a variety of campaigns. You’ll also be naturally confident, outgoing and enthusiastic and be able to solve those tricky workflow issues, all while remaining positive with a smile on your face.
In return you’ll get to work with an ambitious growing agency that has a flat structure and retains its fun family like vibe.
So if this sounds like you please get in touch with your latest CV and short explanation of why you might be suitable for the role. Please note due to the high volume of candidates we will only reply to those successful in their application.
