Experienced b2c marketing communications expert needed to join iconic airline brand.  

Customer Communications Manager - Up to £50,000 - London

THE COMPANY
This iconic airline brand has been behind some of the most famous marketing campaigns in the world based at Heathrow, West London.

THE ROLE
Based within the Global Customer Engagement team, you'll be responsible for leading the planning and delivery of a range of customer communications around operational topics.

Working closely with colleagues across the organisation - including operations -  you will manage crisis communications and provide comms templates, frameworks and training to staff.

You'll be working across all marketing channels including email, wesbite, OOH as well creating offline marketing collateral and tool kits.

-   Leads, plans and executes customer communications on key operational events, service disruption and regulatory changes
-   Has accountability for understanding and articulating the key customer impacts and championing the right thing for the customer
-   Partners with others in the organisation on response efforts
-   Holds the customer co-ordination and communications blue print co-ordinating channels to deliver consistent messages for the customer - including airports, other Customer Engagement teams, PR and website
-   Manages Crisis Management Rosters, processes, training and co-ordination for Marketing/ Customer Comms Duty Ops Manager 

YOU
Our client is looking for someone who has experience managing operational, regulatory and/or crisis communications, ideally in a complex global organisation.   

You'll also have a demonstrable track record of working in a fast paced environment, able to react quickly and to bring stakeholders from every level on board.

Excellent copy writing skills and experience delivering end to end customer communications are also a must.
