CREATIVE ARTWORKER

My client is a creative marketing services agency that works B2B and technology brands and they are looking for an experienced creative artworker to join their creative team

Role purpose:

  • Create artwork for a variety of communications material related to our clients and their business
  • Have a strong visual sense and typographic capability 
  • Ensure that all artwork is delivered according to brand and corporate identity guidelines
  • Adapt artwork based on feedback from internal stakeholders/members of the client services team
  • Prepare layouts, format text to stylesheets, prepare files for digital and print
  • Produce work to a consistently high standard; technically accurate and in accordance with given specifications
  • Produce work that is grammatically accurate and free from errors, and ensure all appropriate internal and external approvals are obtained at each stage of the project – especially relating to proof-reading  
  • Work to short deadlines and fast turnaround times.
  • Work on a variety of different projects covering typography, retouching imagery, layouts and illustrations.
  • Be the go to person, supported by the Studio Manager, for exceptional output
  • Advise on best practice; share knowledge as well as aligning with the Revere way of doing things
  • Flexible approach to working to get things done
    • Understanding business needs and, from time to time, working outside of your normal working hours to meet client expectations and/or deadlines 

Experience & skills

 

  • Creating, preparing, proofing and checking print/digitally ready artwork
  • Ability to handle numerous briefs and requests, all with varying degrees of priority and deadline constraints; must be unflappable and able to multi-task
  • You'll be adept at managing the expectations of internal stakeholders whilst maintaining good working relationships 
  • You must be able to demonstrate excellent skills using Adobe Creative Cloud especially InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Skills using Microsoft PowerPoint and new digital applications such 
    as Adobe XD would be advantageous  
  • Enthusiastic follower of graphic, web, social and technological trends 
  • Strong attention to detail (striving for perfection in execution)
  • You must be a good team player; willing to collaborate and share ideas, as well as receive feedback from colleagues to ensure excellent delivery
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Able to take direction well from senior members of team 
  • Flexible with the ability to multi-task when required
  • Worked in a busy studio environment for a minimum of 4 years
  • 7 years+ in a professional creative artworker role
