Job Description – Brand Manager
A Brand Manager should provide exceptional service levels and is expected to embody the company’s core values and philosophy.
As well as managing some of Guerillascope’s larger clients, we would want them to identify, develop and convert new business opportunities with existing or prospecting brands. The candidate should be able to influence and educate clients on all media solutions and understand how to optimise towards different KPI’s depending on client objectives.
An understanding of company P&L and influence company budgets. Managing the work, performance and professional development of team members. You will be responsible for managing a junior member of the team and will report into the MD.
A proven track record of ‘plate-spinning’ various projects at once and show the ability to problem solve any client issues that arise within the agency, even if unfamiliar with the campaign.
The ideal candidate will have around 4 years’ experience within an agency planning/ buying role. Experience across multiple media channels is preferred, however TV and Broadcast is most essential.
