A Sales Manager is needed with a strong background in SaaS or a recurring revenue model for our Soho based client. This is an exciting opportunity join an award winning digital agency as they embark on the next exciting stage of growth. In 2020 and beyond our client has ambitious growth plans for their part agency, part tech start-up and part consultancy.

They are looking to hire a Sales Manager with a SaaS/AAR background to scale their SaaS internal Comms offering.

The Role:
We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead on the sales efforts for our clients internal comms SaaS proposition and offering.

The key aspects of the role include:

• Strategy: Developing and implementing a strategy to achieve company goals to accelerate growth for the offering.
• Outreach: Creating and executing an outreach programme to build out a sustained pipeline of opportunities.
• Product demos: Leading on product demos of the platform – collaborating where appropriate with the teams and relevant people within the business.
• CRM: Updating the agency CRM and pipeline tools to ensure we have methodical way of tracking opportunities and leads.
• Networking: Creating new business opportunities by attending relevant industry events, engaging with industry bodies and new business agencies.
• Marketing: Feeding into the marketing strategy to help drive lead generation for the platform
• Reporting: Providing regular feedback, reporting and analytics on the sales programme including pipeline reviews and marketing effectiveness.

 

The role requires someone who is entrepreneurial in mindset and with a strong commercial understanding.

General Skills:

• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to both work as part of a team and independently
• Strong organisational, administrative and time management skills and excellent attention to detail
• Computer literate with a sound understanding of Microsoft Office including excel, word and powerpoint
• A can-do attitude and willing to go the extra mile to deliver on objectives.
