Account Manager - integrated / fashion
Account Manager role at an established but independent, mid-sized creative agency and brand consultancy who work with some famous names in retail, fashion, luxury and lifestyle brands in the UK and and worldwide. They specialise in understanding ever changing trends and they use that knowledge to create the brands, experience and communications.
As Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Directors in implementing best-in-class client services. As the lynchpin and day-to-day contact across your client accounts, you will be the glue that binds together the client’s brief with the right agency solution.
Ensure you deliver all account management basics efficiently (eg contact reports and status reports)
Ensure you build a good relationship with your client and become a trusted, safe pair of hands.
Act as key point of contact for your client accounts ensuring that communication is effective and that all agreed actions are implemented
Sustaining relationships with third parties such as media and PR agencies to ensure proposals are aligned and delivered to campaign strategy.
Always strive to manage expectations on all levels and always aim to over deliver
Always pre-empt what needs to happen andstay one step ahead.
On accounts where you are the Client Services lead, you will have a full strategic understanding of client deliverables and take ownership of these
Provide support for your strategist around the brief
Attend research groups where possible
Develop your own individual curiosity. Build a solid knowledge of client’s business, the challenges they face, have an opinion on their competitors work
Skills and Experience Required:
Strong experience in client facing roles
Strong retail, fashion, lifestyle client marketing experience
An excellent communicator able to build relationships at all levels with tact and diplomacy
A passion for retail
Strong commercial awareness
Experience of taking a project from brief through to post production
