We are helping one of the best social and content agencies in the world build and grow their creative department.
The are a stand out business, win awards all the time, and they work with some of the biggest brands in the world. They're looking to strengthen their creative team and they want 2 Creative Director leaders in their business.
We want current, top Creative Director (s) for this one. Your book must be full of brilliant creative work that has really stood out over the last 3 years, work that people recognise and work that really stands out from a social and content point of view.
The agency are looking for 2 people, and each Creative Director will lead their own clients and team.
The first role is for a Creative Director who is football mad, and you'll be a Creative Director who has worked across sports brands or at least can showcase some relevant creative work in their sector. This is essential for this role. The Creative Director will lead some great brands, all have a focus around sports. The brands including a global sports brand, drinks brands, FMCG clients and booze brands. The Creative Director will help bring these brands to life, leading sports led content work.
The Executive Creative Director is excellent, and the Creative Director will report directly into him. He's looking for Creative Director's with work that get people saying ‘did you see that work’? Work that shows you can deliver ideas worth talking about.
The Second Creative Director role is working at the same agency, under the same Executive Creative Director, but you'll lead different brands within sectors such as automotive, telco, banking, gaming and kids toys and social media platforms. It's a real mix and the Creative Director will have a real opportunity to get their teeth stuck into these brands.
We are looking for a Creative Director with real talent and your portfolio must demonstrate an ability to craft big ideas, a cutting edge eye for art direction, smart thinking for impactful activations and an understanding of how to achieve fame with their work.
For both roles we are looking for Creative Director (s) with at least 8-10 years experience working on global brands.
We are looking for a Creative Director with a view point, an opinion and you'll be someone who can lead clients and teams. You need to be confident, personable, hands-on, collaborative and inspiring as you will be responsible for the output of a team of creatives, designers and editors and be in contact with senior clients.
Your creative approach will start with an understanding of relevant cultures, human behaviour and then deliver ideas that go way beyond social.
