Wanted: B2B Marketing Manager with property marketing in retail or leisure for a newly created role in Central London.

Our client is a fabulous property company based in Central London with high profile clients and portfolios. You will help drive the evolution of the company´s leasing and development marketing for the retail and leisure destinations across the UK. You will also work across the office and industrial (warehouse space) sectors.​

As B2B Marketing Manager you will:​
- support the ongoing development of a portfolio-wide B2B strategy​
- work with internal and external partners to deliver the strategy and activity programme​
- work cross functionally to deliver best in class B2B positioning of the organisation​
- establish ways to monitor and measure marketing effectiveness​
- coordinate the companys presence at, and collateral, for key industry events in addition to company events and partner conferences​
- development of public consultation assets including microsites, apps, videos etc. for the company´s development activities​
- forge strong relationships with key stakeholder teams including development of sales enablement collateral​
- deliver lead generation using paid social and PPC​

To be successful in this B2B Marketing Manager role, you MUST HAVE:​
- property marketing experience is ESSENTIAL in ideally the retail or leisure sectors, or if commercial and office space, demonstrate how transferrable your experience is to those sectors​
- ability to hit the ground running, delivering through-the-line brand and marketing campaigns and strategies for destinations​
- experience of the latest marketing techniques. trends and activities and a strong awareness of the competitive landscape​
- experience in managing stakeholder engagement activities/events and commercial events​
- multiple agency management experience and ability to manage large budgets​
- good eye for design and branding​
- excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage people at all levels internally and externally​
