Who you'll be working with…

What you'll be doing…
As a Creative Services Manager you will be sat at the heart of agency, acting as the first point of call for all resourcing issues across the creative space. You will be working in collaboration with the Production and Creative teams to scope and plan all projects, create timelines and formulate cost estimates.
You'll ensure that everybody has clear visibility of workload and availability, bringing in additional external resource via recruiters like myself and from your own black book as and when is necessary. Preparing monthly forecasts and budgets will also be important, as well as ensuring freelance timesheets and completed punctually.
The role also requires the ideal candidate to come in and support the CS team in sourcing global 3rd party media and services that may be required in order to execute certain projects - photographers, moving-image, typographers and so forth.
Who you'll be…
As to be expected, the agency are fast paced and highly collaborative so you'll need to be adaptable and a quick learner and eager to get your hands dirty supporting the rest of the team.
We're looking for somebody who has got 2+ years solid experience working at a Design/Branding Agency as a Creative Services/Ops Manager. You will also have a full understanding of a project life cycle from ideation through to delivery, as you will be deeply involved in this from a resource perspective.
