One of our clients is currently recruiting for a Head of Marketing to the join their team on a maternity cover for 12 months. As the Head of Marketing, you will be leading the team to implement the agreed marketing strategy; along with ensuring that they work in collaboration with various functions of the business to execute it on time and within their agreed budget.

KEY DUTIES INCLUDE:

* Oversee all marketing activity

* Lead and guide the marketing and residence

* Develop and implement an integrated brand and digital marketing strategy

* Effectively communicate the marketing strategy, plans and performance to various stakeholders

* To develop the brand's creative identity

* To ensure full performance and delivery of key digital marketing channels and campaigns

* To develop innovative and cost-effective marketing campaigns

* Oversee all the final stages of the development and delivery of a new websites

* Manage all their marketing technology platforms

* To set and manage the marketing budgets

* Monitor performance across all media

* Manage and deliver regular, accurate Marketing reports

* Review and monitor market research and trends to identify market requirements future projects

* Along with supporting the B2B Manager with B2B collateral requirements

* To also provide leadership and support to the development of marketing teams.

WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

* Experience within a senior Marketing Management role

* Experience in successful digital and brand campaigns and strategies

* Experience in leading and managing marketing database

* Strong knowledge of relevant marketing and sales technology platforms

* Experience in market reporting and dashboard development

* Highly skilled in people management

* Excellent understanding of customer and market dynamics

* Ability and willingness to travel to their residences as and when required

* Highly organized with strong time management skills

* Able to multitask - plan and prioritize all workload

* Highly competent in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

* Basic skills in Photoshop or InDesign and other Adobe packages are a plus!

* Fantastic verbal and written communication skills

* Excellent attention to detail and a creative eye
