The Role

This new role has opened as a result of strong recent growth. As an Insight Analyst, you'll play a vital part in delivering intelligence fuelled customer engagement. Covering the full client-base, you'll mine data from a range of sources and unearth the gems hidden deep within. From these gems, you'll deliver quality, actionable insights. Then present your recommendations and opportunities to colleagues and clients.

Through strong collaboration and your own inquisitive nature, you'll understand your clients' strategy. To this you'll add expertise of ABM and how it fits with a solid commercial and creative approach. And, collectively, this knowledge will fuel your own work.

The Candidate

Aside from being analytical, flexible and able to work autonomously, you'll bring a specific set of skills to the role. You'll be able to use martech tools and manipulate data dashboards. Experience in data sets will stretch across both quant and qual. You'll have broad marketing knowledge, and understand how data and insight influence strategy. And you'll bring solid project management skills, to ensure you deliver on time and to brief.

Ideally, you'll have Enterprise B2B experience, either from client or agency roles. And, you'll be confident presenting to your colleagues and clients.

The Process

Given current circumstances, our client doesn't want to put anyone at risk. That means this won't be a typical interview process. Interviews will be over phone and video, and there's a chance you'll be working remotely, to begin, at least. Once everything's back to normal, you'll be joining your new colleagues in Hampshire.

The Package

In return, our client is offering a generous salary up to £45k p/a depending on experience.
