Who You'll Be Working With
My client are a boutique design and branding agency (current headcount is six) operating predominantly in the property space. At the moment the studio is very much creatively driven but they are looking to add a studio/project manager to the business with the goal of streamlining their workflow, being more organised, and getting the most out of the resource in the business. You'll get a lot of scope to shape the role, develop and implement process, and be a decision maker within the agency.
What You'll Be Doing
As the only studio and project manager in the team you will be a key point of contact for the organisation and delivery of projects for clients, studio staff and external suppliers. You'll be shaping the goals and constraints of a project including scoping the work, creating and managing timelines and overseeing the end to end delivery including resource management. The projects you oversee will include branding and design projects across every touch point. You will also be the person who has to deal with the office admin including facilities management, ordering supplies, and managing elements of finance and HR. Very much a hybrid, all round kind of role!
Who You Are
We're looking for somebody who has experience working in a boutique branding agency, ideally with experience or a genuine interest in working with clients in the property sector. As they're a tight knit agency we're looking for a good culture match so if you are a good fit for a collaborative, team-oriented environment with little hierarchy then this is the one for you! As you'll be dealing with a massive variety of responsibilities the ability to keep lots of very different plates, bowls, an even the occasional ladle spinning are a must.
In short, this is a great chance to join a specialist boutique and be a part of keeping it running smoothly!
If you have the Studio Management skills for this job, apply below! If this isn't right, have a look at a few other things we have posted - it's a tad quiet at the moment but there are still roles out there.
