Our client is a creative B2B marketing agency with offices around the globe. Their work touches all aspects of the omni-channel world, connecting brands with switched on buyers.

Their clients create the technology that help businesses all over the world. The genius behind the marketing tools of your trade. Designers of IT equipment and developers of the programmes to make it work. They run networks, manage systems and keep your data safe from hackers. They own the cloud apps that make businesses more efficient.

The agency is both partner and collaborator. Creating campaigns across multiple channels, using Marketo and Eloqua. They do social, digital and web content. And they make connections through eCRM and Account Based Marketing.

And they’re looking for a Digital Director who thinks differently and digitally.

The role

This strategic role calls for a hands-on problem solver. Someone to advance the client relationship – better technological solutions, new approaches and improved systems.

Your natural curiosity is matched by your energy and enthusiasm. Together they’ll infect your clients and colleagues with a desire to improve.

You will execute global campaigns, develop best in class web strategies and manage a talented development team. What’s more, you’ll understand marketing automation and its processes – you can walk the walk as well as talk the talk.

About you

Leader and influencer. Knowledgeable about end to end front end development and systems team management. Able to plan and develop digital marketing campaigns from start to end – web page and funnel creation, marketing automation and segmentation, lead gen and conversion optimisation.

Your skills and experience span the martech stack. Email and automation, CRM and content management, data and analytics and intent platforms.

On top of this, you have experience in digital media – paid, owned and earned. Specifically, you can set up infrastructure to support this activity.
