We’re looking for a highly Technical Digital Director who can resolve problems and strives to provide clients with outstanding experience. If you are a technology catalyst who can make an impact on clients through innovation and a natural curiosity and drive for emerging related technologies, then we would like to talk to you.

Reporting directly into the MD, you will be heading up the agency’s development and UX team, be responsible for the strategy and development of quality solutions for their clients.

All our client asks is that as an Digital Director you have the following:  

Minimum 5 years professional experience with at least 1 of those in a lead technical role preferably within an agency style environment

Considerable experience in matching technical solutions to clients’ requirements and budgets

An understanding and vision of how UX drives projects

Great PHP knowledge (object-oriented and procedural)

Excellent understanding of databases and their creation and management, with a particular focus on MySQL

Experience creating and working with APIs

Top-notch coding and documenting style

Experience with web-based system admin for hosting

In-depth knowledge of various CMS systems, such as WordPress and MODX

Knowledge working across a range of mobile platforms including iOS and Android

Marketing automation savvy with knowledge of systems such as Eloqua, Marketo, Hubspot and Pardot

Demonstrable track record of developing team members

Excellent communication and decision-making skills

A passion for all things technical with a desire to explore the art of the possible.

In return for your personality and experience as a Digital Director our client offers a competitive salary of up to 60k and a generous and achievable annual bonus of 8k. plus a wide array of benefits.
