Head of Digital Marketing & CRM - The Company

Due to a period of hypergrowth they now have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Digital Marketing & CRM to join their small close knit team.

Head of Digital Marketing & CRM - The Role

The Head of Digital Marketing & CRM will have a broad remit driving their customer acquisition and retention across key marketing channels. You will be managing external agencies across paid & organic search and display and will be responsible for delivering and developing their eCRM and emails channels in house.

Responsibilities Include:
Running their eCRM & email marketing campaigns to encourage repeat sales and brand engagement, ensuring strong reporting, monitoring and constant performance improvements.
Evaluating the best platform solutions for their needs and implementing them (with the input of their technical team).
Managing, enriching and continually developing their customer understanding via audience segmentation
Directly managing paid search/social/display agency.
Regular comms to ensure they are hitting targets and are constantly motivated & challenged.
Directly managing other digital marketing agencies as and when they are brought onboard, and assisting in their appointment
Helping to develop team members, motivating them and imparting marketing know how throughout.
Monitoring and reporting on all marketing channel effectiveness and working with the part-time CMO to ensure constant improvement and progression
Working closely with the part-time CMO to set marketing strategy

Head of Digital Marketing & CRM - Key Skills

Proven track record of creating best in class digital marketing campaigns
Deep experience of eCRM and email marketing ideally including choosing the right platforms and solutions.
Experience and/or exposure to paid, social, display, affiliates and SEO desirable
Digital retail experience - eg deep understanding and experience of customer acquisition, average order values, retention rates, lifetime value and conversion rates
Working within a small, 'startup feel' digital business and ability to 'roll your sleeves up'
