Managing Partner / Client Lead - CRM expert and leader

This has the potential of becoming a huge role for the right Managing Partner / Client Lead / top end Business Director. 

This agency is one of the best integrated / creative agencies in London and they offer such a wide range of comms work for their clients, some of the biggest brands in the world. Their client list touches across all sectors - automotive, technology, financial services, utilities, charity, telco, retail, FMCG, travel and more! All things considered this first 6 months, they've come out of this relatively unscathed and they're keen to bring on board an excellent Managing Partner / Client Lead / top end Business Director who can really lead the CRM offering for their clients.

As an agency they are lead creative agency across most of their clients, leading across big brand and integrated ATL, digital, social and content work, however also offer customer experience, retail and CRM / CX. They are now looking to bolster this offering by bringing in a leader at Managing Partner / Client Lead / top end Business Director level, and someone who will work with all of the senior management team to direct and lead the CRM offering for the agency.

Currently they are open to speaking to both freelance / contract or permanent Managing Partner / Client Lead / top end Business Director level candidates. The key thing for them is to find someone who knows CRM inside out, someone who is truly honest about how brands currently conduct their CRM work and direct it, and how it should be changed, and future facing in today's world. 

You need to be a Managing Partner / Client Lead / top end Business Director who has bags of drive, energy and real leadership qualities. The Managing Partner / Client Lead / top end Business Director must have gravitas, you'll be a serious agency player who can direct and lead clients, instantly instil confidence and someone who steers clear of BS and marketing jargon, but can direct a brand with absolute clarity and efficiency. This agency wants to turn CRM on it's head, and wants to offer brands / their client a new way of thinking, and the Managing Partner / Client Lead / top end Business Director coming into this business will be instrumental in leading all of this across these clients.

This is a fantastic role and opportunity, a real chance for a Managing Partner / Client Lead / top end Business Director to come in and help shape the fortunes of this hugely successful agency.
