The Company - Digital Marketing Manager
A market leader in the entertainment space is on the lookout for a new Digital Marketing Manager. They are looking for someone to join and take the lead on Digital Marketing operations in the UK market by looking after Website, App and Social Media whilst also overseeing Paid Media and Email. This is a great opportunity to join a household name that have weathered the storm and is ready to get back to the top of their game.

Responsibilities - Digital Marketing Manager
* Ownership of local website content curation and management
* Management of website, email, App CVM features
* Adapt campaigns and content according to region and customer behaviours
* Ensure sale goals are met
* Weekly reporting on key metrics and performance goals
* Oversee email campaigns, acting as an advisory and escalation point
* Support the creation of email content
* Deliver an annual paid media plan and conduct quarterly reviews of all paid media activity liaising with the Digital Director and Media Planner
* Conduct a monthly review of channel performance
* Input a long range plan, budget and quarterly digital KPIs
* Produce weekly KPI updates for product and digital marketing performance
* Ensure all digital marketing adheres to GDPR guidelines

Requirements - Digital Marketing Manager
* Expertise in Google or Adobe Analytics gained with campaigns across paid media
* A good understanding of digital content strategies across online channels
* Experience delivering growth targets
* A proven track record of success in the ecommerce field which has led to sustainable revenue growth
* Identified, developed and executed customer insight mechanisms that deliver actionable company insights
* A clear understanding of how CRM systems interface with other digital and POS systems
* Defined and launched digital propositions that have delivered clear business benefits
* Excellent problem solving skills
* Able to rapidly make a decision by assessing all available information
* Able to assess commercial opportunities and focus on those with the greatest business potential
* Exceptional analytical and modelling skills working with large data sets
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
