Account Director - £45k

We are looking for an Account Director to start a role asap at an innovation, new model led agency that are really having a huge impact in their space.

They've been going for a few years, they're growing at pace and have a really good, solid start-up mentality. Around 20 people so far, the Account Director joining the team will help support the Client Services Director and lead across some key clients.

The clients are going to be in the travel, beauty and fashion space, so we are looking for an Account Director who has a real passion for these categories. The agency work in the talent, content and influencer space, and they build high end creative / strategic led campaigns that run across all comms channels - content, digital, advertising, events, experiential, etc... 

We are therefore looking for an Account Director who has a solid integrated background, with excellent digital and content / social experience. It will also be important for the Account Director to have a very clear understanding of production - this will include both film and still shoots. The agency does a lot of them, all at varying budget levels, from large to small. The Account Director must be agile, you must have a start up mentality, someone who mucks in and gets stuff done. They are looking for an Account Director who enjoys leading, settling an example and driving client business forwards.

It's a fantastic time to join this agency, they need an Account Director who wants to help shape this business, and client servicing team. The Account Director needs to lead by example, and you'll be someone who is prepared to go that extra mile to get things done. 

We are looking for an Account Director who has amazing attention to detail, drive and ambition, with a very natural entrepreneurial mindset. The Account Director will be exposed to some great clients, all hugely ambitious, and you'll be someone who can help grow these clients and relationships.

We need an Account Director who can support the Client Services Director and help to drive the client team forwards. You'll be a process driven Account Director, but also someone who can work in a more fluid and agile way. No day is the same, and we want an Account Director who can come in and help to produce and make some great work.
