Our Client is looking for a talented B2B Customer Success Manager who enjoys working with people, supporting customers, giving great service and solving problems.

B2B Customer Success Manager - £30,000-£35,000 - London

Our Client is a very fast-growing London-based technology business which develops and sells a SaaS marketing platform to large enterprises. Their product is highly differentiated in the market and the blue-chip brands using their services, is testament to the capability of the software.
From thought leadership to internal communications, marketing materials and sales collateral, the users of the software are varied and span all industries across the globe.

This is a role for candidates already working in a B2B Client facing role - perhaps in account management, customer success or as a dedicated tech trainer.
Either way, you'll be totally committed to ensuring you understand the needs and objectives of your Clients and work tirelessly to ensure they have an exceptional experience at every turn.
You'll also have a desire to work with a fantastic product (unlike anything else on the market), you'll love working with motivated colleagues in a business that's growing fast and creating great career opportunities and you'll love working with some well known consumer Brands, to help them get the most out of this particular software. You will have three key areas of responsibility in this Customer Success role:

User management. Providing day-to-day user management support across your Client portfolio, including trial customers.
Use case identification - Ensuring absolute understanding of all Client use cases for the company.
User guidance - Ensuring every user of the software gets the right training, support, guidance and advice they need to maximise the value they see from you and the company.


· Some experience in marketing would be helpful as the role involves content reviews (and building new content in the tool for existing customers) to advise customers of the best way to maximise their use of the product.

· You'll have experience of providing customer support within a B2B account management team

· Solid understanding of digital and content marketing and a love of tech.

· A clear and compelling communicator with excellent organisational skills.

· A degree level qualification in marketing or a related discipline

· Ability to analyse user feedback to identify improvements and priorities

· Excellent attention to detail

· Ability to interact with people at all levels, demonstrating tact, diplomacy and maturity.
