We are looking for a skilled Salesforce expert to drive the CRM platform of an exciting medtech startup.

THE COMPANY
A hugely exciting medtech startup that uses AI, big data and blockchain technology.

THE ROLE
We have recently implemented Salesforce as a CRM tool with both Sales and Marketing cloud with the support of contractors, but we do not have yet the internal expertise to use the tool, and leverage its capabilities - this hire will address that.

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce expert to drive our CRM platform and foster acquisition of clients on all 3 channels, with a focus of direct customers.

The core responsibility will be to 1) increase the number of leads and 2) foster transformation of them into patients.

YOU
We need someone who has technical skills and can understand and groom business requirements as well as deliver a build. At a high level there seems to be 3 related "hats" to wear along with having consultant experience with hands on Sales Cloud/Marketing Cloud admin expertise. These are:

· Business analyst skillset - Detail out requirements, dependencies, business processes and the relevant data structures across both Sales and Marketing Cloud. Ideally needs to be able to suggest process changes if need be and do the up-front thinking through of requirements from a techno-functional perspective.
· Developer/Admin skillset - Best practice build and execution primarily on Marketing Cloud and potentially suggest updates to Sales Cloud. Assumption here is that things will not be too customised (Eg. no coding or low coding).

5+ years experience with exposure to both transformation and business as usual projects, either agency or client-side with consulting experience.

Able to work independently with minimum support (EG. self-starter on JIRA etc.) but also strong team player.

Problem-solver/analytical thinker with a data focus to thinking particularly when it comes to integrating Sales with Marketing Cloud given they use different data structures.

Core SFMC competency with a focus on Journey Builder and knowledge/experience of Sales Cloud including certifications
