New role @ skin care pharma co. to work as Industrial Designer, with the in house creative team - across brands & products.

Industrial Designer, packaging focus - £50,000-£60,000 - London

THE COMPANY
With Headquarters in Australia and a research lab in Singapore, our Client is a global biopharmaceutical company focused on developing and delivering treatments for patients with a range of severe genetic and skin conditions.
They are now looking at offering a broader range of skin care products to a broader audience - not just the highly specialised sectors.

THE ROLE
Working as the dedicated industrial designer within a multidisciplinary creative team, this role requires an individual with exceptional attention to detail, an understanding of the design process from sketch to mass production, and the willingness to experiment under pressure.
You will have a passion for your craft and have an ability to effortlessly distil and communicate technical concepts for a range of audiences.

The role will include:
- Conceptualise, research, develop and select materials for 2D and 3D designs.
- Champion product development from sketch to mass production, including liaising with relevant departments to ensure success and relevance.
- Work with global teams to develop concepts for promotional and communications use.
- Keep up to date with state of the art product designs - skin care pharma is all about the latest science, which must be reflected in its 3D communication.

YOU
- Candidates must have qualifications and hands-on experience in industrial design with advanced skills in relevant software (SolidWorks or similar, Adobe CX.).
- Exposure to a diverse range of product development projects within a technical organisation, ideally healthcare.
- The ability to think, design and create in 2D and 3D.
- Experience with 3D printing and a range of materials, forms and finishes.
- A bachelor's degree and working experience in industrial design, product design or similar.
- An ability to work independently and at distance where necessary.

Please share your CV and portfolio if you meet the criteria!
