Who You'll Be Working With
My client are a packaging design agency working with an amazing set of clients, a very strong team culture and seriously brilliant work. They have an extremely well established account management and delivery team but due to growth they are looking to add an experienced client partner to the team to manage a specific rollout project. After the inital 9 month contract, there will be an opportunity to join the agency on a permanent basis if they have more work for you to pick up and run with.
What You'll Be Doing
As a client partner you will be looking after the delivery of a global roll-out for several key accounts for the agency, overseeing projects spanning brand identity, pack design and brand toolkits across a massive range of industries. In terms of the team around you, you'll be working closely with creative and design teams, other account managers, and the agency's senior management team as well as with senior stakeholders with your clients. You'll be expected to actively influence, orchestrate and contribute to delivering top notch work and build close relationships with your clients.
Who You Are
The usual personality traits apply; you need to be flexible and adaptable, able to work in a fast-moving, fluid agency environment with experience in building strong relationships and having a strategic viewpoint of how to grow an account and manage a team internally. Proven experience of working across multiple work streams, managing varied workloads and delivering budgets is absolutely key, as is specific experience in delivering global brand rollouts across packaging and the broader brand world. In the ideal world you'll also have extensive experience in the branding sector (specifically packaging), and a strategic, consultative approach to your work.
