We’re working with an award-winning, globally networked, digital agency who are looking to appoint a Delivery Director.
The agency have had a good year despite the challenges of Covid-19 and have secured an impressive amount of new business wins.
The client mix is fun and varied and includes alcohol, snacks and luxury cars amongst others.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire digital output of the agency as well as managing and mentoring a team of digital project managers to ensure all work is of an exemplary standard and is delivered on time and on budget.
The requirements for this role are quite precise and all the below are essential:
- Recent experience in an integrated or digital agency in a Delivery Director or Head of Delivery role with a demonstrable track record of success
- Deep-seeded digital technical experience
- Extensive team management experience
- Demonstrable track record of client development and new business
- Experience managing the dynamics of a large agency network
