You know when you discover a business, and you think “why wasn’t that already a thing?” The idea is so simple. It’s so good. And, somehow, it’s never been done. This is one of those. Since discovering their niche in 2014, they’ve soared. Far from peaking, they’re reaching new heights, and they’re about to take off in the UK.
That’s where you come in. Co-pilot to the Commercial Director, you’ll help steer the business on a course to commercial success. As media owner, they need a critical, analytical mind to shape business strategy, secure sponsorship deals and smash ambitious targets.
Chiefly, your role is analytical. Brands, audiences, industries. You’ll navigate the data and find the best new business opportunities. At the same time, you’ll review current contracts to make sure they’re delivering value, while understanding how future deals could be improved.
As is the way with such a young company, your role will span many areas of the business. Your work will be used in pitches, improve partner relationships and inform future research projects. You’ll develop business cases, review risks and report findings back to the exec.
You’ll work closely with sales, finance and marketing. And you’ll develop good relationships with customers, sponsors and partners. It’s a great chance to learn and earn your wings, not only as a rookie media strategist, but across an array of disciplines and skills.
The head office is in Milan, but you’ll be London-based. Sharing your time between home, office and, occasionally, Milan, you’ll have the motivation and initiative to get the work done on time, in full and to the best of your ability.
With a competitive salary, up to £35k, plus a bonus scheme that’s half company and half personal performance, you’re well compensated for your effort. Plus, you’ll have the chance to shape your role and the success of this new and exciting departure.
