Opp. for Digital Marketing specialist to lead skincare pharmaceutical brand, into new digital territory - B2B and B2C.

Digital Marketing Lead - £50,000-£60,000 - Surrey

Our client is a publicly listed healthcare company focused on developing and commercialising innovative skincare products for patients and consumers in a highly specialised field. On a growth trajectory, they are now preparing new products for market entry.

Reporting to the Global Operations Director and Head of Communications, the Digital Marketing Lead will be part of a broad, global communications team.

They will be responsible for engaging and growing the company's diverse online audiences through a multi-channel, online approach.

As well as planning the campaigns and setting clear objectives and goals, the Digital Marketing Lead will be responsible for managing the execution of campaigns with the creative team and the analysing of all results.

The Digital Marketing Lead will be responsible for the B2B digital campaigns - communications aimed at Investors, Physicians, Patients. And also B2C campaigns - targeting a broader, more general consumer audience, when a brand new product launches in 2021.

This is a new in-house position- such work is currently outsourced to external agencies, and the requirements from applicants include:

- Experience of leading end-to-end digital campaigns (earned and paid) for growing businesses in a technical/ pharma/skin care space.
- Overseeing and owning content development for multiple online platforms, as part of broader audience acquisition and engagement strategies (online and offline).
- Managing functionality of transactional websites and/or e-commerce platforms.
- Extensive experience working with designers and developers, delivering projects to tight deadlines.
- Experience of launching new brands to an audience over an extended period of time, on an International scale.
- Introducing the very latest digital tools, to help a business capture and grow audiences.
- Experienced in analysing the campaign data to implement learnings and revisions where necessary. You will report to senior management on analytics, KPIs and ROI.
- Keeping up to date with ever changing, digital technology.
