Let’s get the practicalities out of the way. They’re based in Dublin. Now, if you’re not (and if you were, you’d probably be working for them already), then you need to pay attention to this next bit. To begin with, they’re happy for you to work remotely, all the time. However, eventually, you either need to be living in Dublin, or at least willing to commute there two or three days each week. This is non-negotiable.
The role is commercially focussed. Working closely with their B2B tech partners, you’re there to drive growth, customer experience and operational excellence in key accounts. You’ll own some of their biggest relationships, understand strategic needs, develop solutions and provide that inspirational spark to help them meet their objectives.
Aside from all that, you’ll look after your team within the agency. Make sure everyone is pulling in the same direction, organise resources and bring campaigns together on time and, crucially, delivering a profit for the agency.
You’ll bring a wealth of B2B marketing experience, ideally within the technology industry – after all, that who you’ll work with. You’ll be creative and strategic, with a strong commercial mindset and the skills to deliver growth for your accounts. And you’ll be excited to work with a diverse, creative team driven by success.
Salary between €60k to €70k (£55k to £65k) depending on experience. Plus, a decent benefits package.
