Our client is a unique innovative FMCG brand who have an exciting opportunity for a Content Creative Manager to join their growing inhouse team.


  • You'll be an exceptionally talented ideas generator and creative content producer, utilising an array of skills such as graphic design, motion animation and photography to produce captivating creative content for our brands across all international markets
  • Content will range from social digital adverts, organic social content, website content, posters, point-of-sale materials and various marketing initiatives such as sampling packs and booklets
  • You will be working alongside the Social Media Manager and Content Copywriter and reporting to the Marketing Director
  • You will be fully in-tune with social media trends and will have worked for an avant-garde creative agency or brand to produce 'high-engagement' content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, Youtube and TikTok


Social Media Content

  • Produce paid social advertising, organic social content, and support influencers to produce on-brand content of their own
  • Collaborate with the wider team and agency partners to ensure creative, copy and strategy are aligned
  • Conduct research on media techniques and unique content ideas
  • Compose and create digital images, video animation, and textual animations for use on social media, our website and other digital channels
  • Create animated sequences using computer animation software
  • Create custom shoots and use innovative photographic compositions to create a distinct, market-leading image for our products
  • Record, edit and encode audio files
  • Perform media edits bases on user feedback
  • Analyse and rapidly iterate creative concepts which prove to be effective to maximise conversion and brand awareness

Other Creative

  • Produce website imagery, video animations , icons and other digital assets
  • Deliver graphic design work for stationary, posters, POS materials including booklets and recipe cards, and some elements of packaging design (e.g. supporting development of gift packs)


  • Bachelors degree in graphic design, digital design or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 successful years in a similar role
  • Experience in *video editing, graphic design & concept creation* (ideally for social media)
  • Fluent in the Adobe suite including Premier Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and/or Illustrator
  • Experience in photography and videography
  • A complete portfolio of multi-media design, showcasing skills across a range of mediums but with particular focus on social content
  • Proven ability to collaborate on long-term projects
  • Excellent knowledge of story-boarding, visual design principals and animation
  • Social media-obsessed, with excellent knowledge of various platforms
  • Artistic with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of web publishing software
