What are we looking for?
The Great & The Good have been asked to help an agency struggling to find their next Account Manager. Despite numerous interviews, they haven't yet met a candidate who has been able to offer the right mix of strategic nous and experience of developing creative campaigns for global brands.
The ideal is an Account Manager with solid experience of managing advertising campaigns through the agency. If you have focused on digital channels (including programmatic and performance marketing) that would be awesome.
But you're more than a paper pusher. You're comfortable talking about the strategy behind your campaigns and will understand the thinking. The dream is an Account Manager who has actually contributed to the strategy.
We're working with one of London's leading independent creative agencies. As you'd expect, they have a number of big name accounts, are responsible for work you'll recognise and can back it all up with a load of awards.
