This agency is one of the best out there, they've had a strong year all thing considered and have won a lot of pitches, client accounts have grown and they're brought in some solid talent this year. They now want to bring on board a CRM / customer experience Managing Partner / Deputy Managing Director who can help shape and direct the vision of this business.
The Managing Partner / Deputy Managing Director will report into the CEO, and you'll be their right hand person. The agency is fully integrated, they do everything for their brands! They're the lead creative agency for all of their clients, and they work with their clients on a truly integrated level. Big budgets, big productions, huge campaigns that are brand and direct response / tactical, they do the lot!
They now want to bring on board a talented Managing Partner / Deputy Managing Director who can lead, direct and shape their CRM / customer experience offering. They aren't looking for someone who has a traditional background, they want someone who has a challenger mindset and someone who wants to challenge the norm of how CRM / customer experience has been delivered over the years, what the problems have been, what has worked and what hasn't, who are the right tech partners to work with, etc... You'll be a forward thinking Managing Partner / Deputy Managing Director leader, someone who isn't afraid to call BS on certain practises and you'll be a super confident thinker who is highly driven and ambitious.
This role isn't for the faint hearted, we need someone with a serious amount of drive and passion, someone who fits into this agency's culture and you will be a Managing Partner / Deputy Managing Director who is a real future leader.

The Managing Partner / Deputy Managing Director will come in and listen, audit and oversee key clients, look at what's under the bonnet at the agency, where the skills gaps are and the current structure. From there you'll help to redefine and shape, and bring in your team. Servicing and leading clients is key, we need a Managing Partner / Deputy Managing Director who is a real expert in this and bringing clients on a journey.
You'll be a commercial Managing Partner / Deputy Managing Director who can run a P&L and new business will be your bread and butter. We are looking for a Managing Partner / Deputy Managing Director who is a real pitch winner.
