DNA are recruiting this amazing role with a high profile start-up property company who have revolutionised the last-mile real estate industry across Europe.

Just 15 months into their journey, they have already grown to over 200 employees and are expanding rapidly in the UK, which is quickly becoming their fastest growth area.

Working as part of the Pan-European team, your role will be to work on the overall brand marketing and comms strategy, with specific responsibility for developing and implementing creative marketing and digital campaigns for the UK.

You'll be working closely with the European Marketing Director based in Amsterdam as well as the Country Director in the UK, the London team and also the asset management teams in each of the seven regional hubs.

This is a brand new role, starting from the ground up, so there's an exceptional opportunity to build and shape your own role. It couldn't be a more exciting time to join the business.

You'll be taking full responsibility for planning and managing the UK marketing budget to develop marketing strategies and campaigns to maximise occupancy rate across the UK portfolio (which is increasing at a rapid rate).

You'll have a strong focus on ROI on all the marketing activity - leading the relationships with agencies across web, digital marketing, CRM. on-line advertising and traditional communications. You'll need to be digitally savvy and be up to date with the latest trends in

We're looking for a savvy and ambitious marketing manager who relishes the opportunity of working in a fast-paced start up business. We're looking for someone who is a creative thinker - coming up with new ideas to position the properties and reach customers is going to be absolutely key to making a success of this role.

You'll need to be digitally savvy and be up to date with the latest trends in this rapidly evolving field so previous experience of the property industry will be essential. Additional languages will be useful but not essential

Salary: c£60-80k plus bonus and benefits
