This agency however makes this work look super creative, and it's very effective. We need a Business Director with a view point, an opinion and a track record in working with retail type brand.
The Business Director will lead this part of the business, but you will be exposed to working on some brand led work from time to time. Your role as Business Director will be to lead the Performance Marketing for this brand.

We are looking for a Business Director with a strong operational knowledge of leading edge technologies. You will be a Business Director who is a translator - taking technical capabilities and transforming them into tangible creative outputs.
The Business Director will be comfortable working at scale and driving the creative agenda within a world increasingly dominated by algorithms and decision trees.
We are looking for a Business Director who is adept at taking learnings from econometrics & attribution model tools such as Visual IQ and putting them into practice. You will also be happy to work across a variety of channels and disciplines and think through the entire customer journey (not just the advertising).
