THE ROLE
Our client is looking to hire an Ecommerce Manager to help them deliver a best in class user experience on the website. Working closely with the Head of Europe to shape and execute the ecommerce strategy in Europe and North America. Responsibilities will include:
- Leading the ecommerce efforts of the company in Europe and North America
- Optimising the ecommerce site with external platform team to customise it for the European and North American market demands
- Organising and implementing ecommerce events, promotion and integrated marketing activities to drive traffic and sales
- Track, analyse and improve traffic quality and quantity coming from different channels and making use of all marketing and CRM tools
- Manage product levels and forecasting
YOU
To be successful in your application for this Ecommerce Manager role you will have significant experience in a B2C Ecommerce role, tech or mobile would be ideal as well as:
- Knowledge of marketing and sales mechanisms of major ecommerce companies
- Understand operations and channels of digital marketing as well as familiar with Google Analytics, Adwords, Facebook Ads Manager
- Proven ability to gather customer insights and communicate them to senior stakeholders
- Open minded, flexible and output driven with a strong sense of ownership
