Due to their continued success, they are now seeking a visual Creative Head to grow, develop and invigorate the creative team as well as raise the creative level to an award-winning standard.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an established B2B agency Senior Creative to step up, make your mark and influence the creative direction of the agency while working across a broad portfolio of clients.
In addition to this you will also be one of the faces of the senior management team, helping drive this business forward and aiding them in fulfilling their fullest potential.
To be suitable for the role you will have already had experience working in a B2B agency, working across a multitude of on and offline disciplines as well as a proven track record of motivating and developing teams and producing award winning ideas.
We’re looking for a true leader with a charismatic personality who is fluent in conceptualizing as well as experienced at developing the creative team around you, someone who empowers rather than controls.
In return for your skills and experience as Creative Head, the client is offering a competitive salary between £55-60 plus benefits dependent on experience.
