THE COMPANY
If you live and breathe all things design, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a high quality, experienced and creative designer to take the role of Head of Design and Website Development for one of the UK' largest automotive websites.

THE ROLE
We are looking for someone with a very creative eye, to head up an area of the marketing team at their Reading offices. Working within the marketing team and alongside our quality suppliers, you will have overall responsibility for the design of our digital and print media as well as our market leading website.

Types of duties include:
Overseeing / creation of all graphic and website design within the business
Understanding, development and implementation of the ideal UX for all site visitors
Development of ideal website journey and site functionality
Knowledge of relevant A/B or experimental testing approaches
Reporting on performance of website
Digital design for social media (e.g. Facebook Ad Suite and LinkedIn)
Outdoor digital and print based campaign design
Email marketing creation / design

YOU
The ideal candidate will have:

Qualification in Graphic Design or other relevant qualification (BA Hons, etc.)
10+ years' proven experience in similar role(s)
In-depth B2C or B2B automotive experience preferred
Creative eye / flair for both Graphic and Web Design
Very high attention to detail
Self-motivated. You're as happy working on your own as you are collaborating with others
You're good at prioritising and organising workflow and juggling multiple tasks
Enjoy both big picture strategic thinking and the nitty gritty details of execution
Clear communication skills, self-motivated and strong leadership skills
Team-oriented and goal-oriented
