I'm currently partnered with a fab integrated agency in Leeds who are looking for a Junior Account Director to join them. This is a role for someone who's looking to work on some globally recognised retail brands leading a very talented Account Management team.

Due to a number of new business wins, they are expanding the team and are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Account Director to join them, leading on all strategy across all channels.

*As the role is a senior role within the business you must have experience in a very similar role to be considered*

The role;
* Working closely with the Senior team in leading a team of account handlers, P&L management for clients, relationship building and leading on strategy across all channels, and project development.
* Develop those all-important client relationships by looking at the business objectives to develop appropriate strategies to achieve their goals
* Understanding the clients business to generate new ideas to enhance client performance
* Achieve client KPI's and maintain account profitability
* New business pitches/proposals
* Report to the Senior Management Team and the Board on client accounts and financial performance outlining key points for improvement when necessary
* Plan and create accurate forecasts for all accounts based on the clients budgets
* You'll become and agency representative so you know everything regarding your clients' accounts and forecasts for the coming year
* Working with internal teams to insure all client briefs are given with detail, with teams working together to make sure they are delivered on time.

Must haves;

To be considered for the role, you must have similar experience with a couple of others thrown in…
* We'd love candidates to have experience working with retail clients. However, if you have experience working with consumer or FMCG too that would be beneficial
* Evidence in all key areas of brand communications, marketing effectiveness and digital performance.
* Ability to create, develop and implement marketing communication strategies
* Demonstrate a track record of client relationship development and service or equivalent within a business sector.
* Proven experience managing and developing a team of account handlers
* Project management experience with the ability to multi-task proficiently
