THE COMPANY
Our Client has quickly established themselves as an "A Player" in the FinTech world by building and launching a product that makes spend and expense management super easy. They now have an impressive list of B2B customers across Europe and continue to grow.

THE ROLE
The Campaigns Manager will need experience of designing and executing a wide range of campaigns aimed at driving revenue, with med. sized businesses.
It will be a varied role - driving initiatives from thought leadership campaigns, to industry programs, to owning the success of the outbound and email nurture programs, to supporting the launch of new products and optimizing presence on review sites.

The Campaigns Manager will:
- Ensure each campaign is successful by continuing to monitor key metrics such as brand, channel, lead management and revenue, to improve with each campaign.
- Implement effective outbound and targeted nurture programs.
- Establish presence and ratings on select Software review sites to enable businesses to discover and evaluate the offering.
- Work with the creative and design team to ensure copy, creative design and content are consistent with the brand.
- Collaborate with Regional Marketing, to deploy centrally designed programs and campaigns into local markets, ensuring synergy between markets and knowledge sharing.

YOU
To be considered for this role, my Client is looking for:

- 5+ years marketing - preferably focused on demand generation at a high growth SaaS or relevant technology company.
- Fluency with Salesforce and Marketo.
- Excellence in email nurture.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Impeccable cross-functional skills, as you'll be working with people from many different teams.
- A definite team player - organizing and managing, with multiple stakeholders contributing.
- Self-motivated and self-managed: able to think independently, get feedback, move ahead, while still keeping everyone in the loop.
- Inspired by working with a fun, ambitious team in a fast-paced start up environment.
