This brands is a luxury fashion brand in the outdoor industry - high end products / outdoor wear, made with precious and absolute quality and they've had a very good few years. They have a retail store but lots of their business is done online, and they have a global foot print. A strong turnover, with lots of investors and they're moving to the next level of their business journey. 

They are looking to bring on board a Senior Marketing Manager / Marketing Director who can lead and develop their marketing function. 

The role will be Marketing Director / Head of Marketing, and we will consider a Senior Marketing Manager / Marketing Director level candidate. 

The role would suit someone at the top end of Senior Marketing Manager looking to step up and lead, and become the Marketing Director. 

The brand lives online, and we need a Senior Marketing Manager / Marketing Director  with excellent e-commerce marketing experience. 

Luxury / Outdoor industry / fashion experience an advantage, however we will consider a Senior Marketing Manager / Marketing Director who has worked in similar sectors. 

What is key is we need a Senior Marketing Manager / Marketing Director who has an understanding of how luxury brands operate online. This is very important for this role. 

The Senior Marketing Manager / Marketing Director  will have proven experience of leveraging direct to consumer channels  - audience insight, customer experience , customer journey. 

We are looking for a smart Senior Marketing Manager / Marketing Director , some with strong creative flair and judgement. You will need to be a Senior Marketing Manager / Marketing Director who has direct control / involvement in outstanding creative campaigns.

The Senior Marketing Manager / Marketing Director  will have solid brand, activation and integrated experience. For this role PR, social and influencer channels are also important. We need a Senior Marketing Manager / Marketing Director who has worked at an integrated level on stand out brands. 

If you have international experience it would be advantageous as this brand has a global footprint. 

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager / Marketing Director  who is entrepreneurial, can do and self-starter mentality, someone who who will muck in. No job is too big or too small, a team player

You will be a Strategic, creative and results driven Senior Marketing Manager / Marketing Director. 

The Senior Marketing Manager / Marketing Director  must be numerate, commercial with an analytical approach.

A lot of the team are into outdoor extreme sports, and Ideally you'll have a passion for outdoor extreme sports to fit in with the brand. This isn't a must, but it will help if the Senior Marketing Manager / Marketing Director likes the outdoors! 

We want a Senior Marketing Manager / Marketing Director  who is a real people person, someone who leads by example and is ambitious

You will have creative flair and judgement, proven ability to execute outstandingly great looking comms, shoots, copy etc... all important attributes for any Senior Marketing Manager / Marketing Director.
