What's the opportunity?
The Great & The Good are working with the London office of a global agency network. Renowned for developing innovative creative campaigns across both traditional and digital media, the agency is at the forefront of marketing thinking.
Working with one of the agency's flagship accounts, the Business Director will oversee complex customer experience programmes involving the inventive use of data to create digitally-led communications.
As such, you will be nurturing the relationship with clients who have complete faith in the agency and trust them implicitly. The Business Director will also be mentoring a talented team of Account Handlers and supporting a well-respected Managing Partner.
Who would be best suited?
Our brief is to find a Business Director (or perhaps a Senior Account Director ready for the next step) who has extensive experience of customer experience programmes. You should therefore have shown your ability to:
- Develop excellent client relationships - it is a cliché but you should be seen as an extension of your clients' marketing teams
- Cultivate a collaborative team with a desire to become the best versions of themselves as account handlers
- Work with pioneering Strategists to create ground-breaking work
- Identify opportunities for account growth
Ideally, you will also have previous experience of a fast-paced account (such as a retailer) where changes can be frequent and at short notice.
