I am working with one of the fastest growing fin-tech start-ups who are on the look out for their next Senior UI/UX Designer.
You'll be working as part of a small team of 4 however there is expectation that this will double in the next few months due to the rapid growth of the business.
As part of your role as a Senior UI/UX Designer in the team you will be responsible for setting the design standard & helping to drive the culture within the team.
You'll be working across all products in the business both internal & external - streamlining processes & removing any unnecessary complexity.
You will developing design strategy, assisting with research, testing, prototyping solutions as well as liaising with the senior team on solutions, research & mapping as well as strategy.
To be considered for this Senior UI/UX Designer position you will have previous experience working in fast growth businesses, ideally within fin-tech space.
