THE ROLE
Currently seeking a Paid Media Executive to help ensure online presence is fully optimised with the view to maximising online visibility, supporting digital media campaigns and monitoring paid budgets.
Due to the ongoing success of the business, our client is looking for a passionate Paid Media Executive who is self-motivated and has a strong analytical way of thinking. Someone who has first-hand experience of developing and executing effective PPC, Display and Social Media campaigns that are performance-driven.
With the nature of the role and brand, we are looking for someone who is data-driven, analytical and collaborative individual. Someone who is well-versed in the principles of search and comfortable working with budgets and bid optimisation.
As the team grows you will have the chance to grow too! You will have the opportunity to contribute and influence the brands growth through the marketing function whilst seeking to make a positive difference to the company future.
Responsibilities:
· Budget and KPI management
· Daily bid, campaign, ad copy & keyword optimisations
· Identifying growth areas, building and implementing campaign structure to support them
· Managing audience messaging and customisation
· Reporting, analysing and interpreting data to display performance
· Maintaining best practice approach in running of the activity
· With the help of the team, building and maintaining testing & account development frameworks
· Together with the team, work on automation and scaling exercises to improve the current account structures
· Implement new technologies and trends into campaigns
· Adhere closely to all deadlines, while being able to react quickly to urgent requests from the business where required
· Liaise with Select subsidiaries/ARs regarding all paid media needs
Essential Software Experience
· Google and Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics and Search Console
· Strong Excel Skills, confident data manager and manipulator
· Facebook Ad Suite
YOU
Essential:
· Proven experience in similar role(s), either agency or in-house
· Google Ads and Microsoft Ads Professional Certification
· In-depth B2C or B2B automotive experience preferred
· A seamless ability to source, analyse and interpret findings from data
· Very high attention to detail
· Self-motivated. You're as happy working on your own as you are collaborating with others
· You take initiative and go the extra mile
· You're good at prioritising and organising workflow and juggling multiple tasks
· Enjoy both big picture strategic thinking and the nitty gritty details of execution
· Excellent written skills
· Clear communication skills, self-motivated and strong leadership skills
· Team-oriented and goal-oriented
