Global Creative Director - B2B marketing agency
Exciting times! We are delighted to announce that we have a new search for a Creative Director who has a wealth of experience within the B2B tech space and would like to join a global marcoms agency and head up their creative division.
Our client is yet another award winning B2B marcomms agency that has steadily grown over the years, with offices worldwide, delivering creative campaigns that get meaningful results.
We’ve had the privilege of working closely with this agency for the past 15 plus years and seen them evolve, keeping one step ahead of the times. In addition, this particular agency brings the perfect marriage between creative and strategy, to ensure that their single-minded propositions can echo through the channels. I should also add that this agency doesn’t believe that great results should mean compromising creative integrity. If creative, strategy and client work in sync then the results can be outstanding.
To be suitable for this role, you won’t need me to spell out the day to day as you will have already done a similar role in your previous roles. However, to be clear, we are seeking a highly experience B2B Creative Director who has a solid background working on tech brands, covering multiple on and offline channels.
You will have managed mid-sized teams before and what would be ideal is if some of these teams would have been based in multiple locations. You could argue that being in lockdown that every creative director has had to manage their teams in multiple locations, but I am sure you know what I mean.
This is still going to be hands on role. Yes, you will still be responsible for conceptual work, but we still need you to be Mac literate and prepared to roll your sleeves up when required.
You’ll have hungry teams to nurture both in the UK and US, so experience in mentoring talent would be advantageous as these teams will look for you for inspiration and guidance.
In return for this experience and knowledge, as a Creative Director, our client is offering a competitive salary ranging between approximately £80-90k plus benefits, depending on experience.
Please also note that when life returns to some sort of normality you will be expected to return to the office. Where you can either base yourself out of greater London or if you so wish can work from their US office.
