Major Players are working with a top entertainment brand looking for an experienced Head of Production manager to join their busy in-house team based in West London.
The Head of Production will have a real mixture of responsibilities which will include:
- Managing production operations and processes for a large team
- Tracking the delivery of all creative assets across artwork, print, digital and TV
- Determine campaign scope, budget and schedules
- Analyse and review the skill sets of teams ensuring they are relevant to briefs
- Maintain a black cook of industry leading contacts
The Head of Production will:
- Have 10 years+ of experience in production and art buying environments
- Ideally come from an industry leading agency
- Be comfortable projecting business finance and budget management
- Be comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Experience having managing bigger teams
