Account Executive / Account Manager (Design Agency)

An Account Executive / Account Manager or a talented Junior Project Manager is needed to join a branding & design agency who is in an exciting phase of rapid growth. Due to Covid-19, the role will entail working from home until our client re-enters their studio near Loughborough at some point in the new year.

This highly creative design agency has been working with local, national and international clients for over 10 years. With their focus on the fast-moving energy sector, they create compelling communications across all channels. Based from a studio within a rural village near Loughborough (with good transport links), they are now seeking an enthusiastic, ambitious and self-motivated Account Executive / Account Manager to join the team.

Acting as the lynchpin between the Senior Account Manager and the Project Coordinator the Account Executive/ Account Manager will utilise their superb multitasking skills to take the initiative and have a real input in how things get done. Whether you are building amazing relationships with clients, exploring new ideas, coordinating projects, organising client meetings, managing external resources, it will be your essential input that ensures clients are kept happy and work is delivered on time and to a high standard.

To qualify... You should be an Account Executive / Account Manager / Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator or similar, with a CV that demonstrates:

Some experience in a role managing accounts, ideally within a Marketing / Creative / Communications / Brand / Digital agency or similar;

  • The drive and willingness to learn and grow within an agency environment;
  • Excellent organisational, time management and communication skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • A commitment to high-quality output and service, with an eye for detail;
  • A willingness to take on responsibility, learn quickly and progress fast.
