Operations Manager - Marketing Agency
Our client has witnessed many successes and refused to accept complacency. They’ve won awards and pushed for more. Most recently they’ve enjoyed growth and embraced change and now they’re looking to move on to the next level.
To help them reach it, they’re looking for someone to keep the agency running while the senior partners focus on leadership, strategy and building new relationships while strengthening existing ones. They need someone with the skills, knowhow and experience to manage operations to make sure the agency runs smoothly.
This is a key role in the successful running of day to day operations with responsibility for resources, systems, equipment and staff performance. The Operations Manager is integral in fixing basic issues with the flexibility to deal with basic HR problems one day before sorting out IT or telecoms problems the next.
In addition, the Operations Manager will play a key commercial role, ensuring contracts are valid and valuable while helping ensure financial reporting and viability is monitored and secured. The right person should be able to manage their own agreements and ensure their suppliers are delivering value to the agency.
To be considered for this role, you’ll have a background in facilities management or be an experienced office manager with the breadth and depth of skills to manage the operations and performance of an agency.

In return for your skills and experience, our client is offering a competitive £50-60k per annum, plus benefits.
