This position is with a full-service creative agency, whose expertise and offering spans live events, virtual events, strategy, content, production and technology. Despite the obvious challenges Covid has posed to businesses operating within these sectors, the agency completed a strong 2020 and has a positive outlook for 2021 and beyond.

They are based on the outskirts of SW London and are working fully-remotely at the moment, given the current UK lockdown. The plan once Covid restrictions are lifted, is to return to the office, while maintaining their flexible approach to remote working. Due to nature of the event industry, business demands may require you to be in the office 5 days a week. However, remote working arrangements will be offered, when possible.

The office is a 40 minute train journey from Victoria and a short walk the other side. It is also easy to reach from Surrey, Berkshire & West Sussex in a car.

The agency is well established in sectors including automotive, healthcare, energy, fintech and retail.



- You will need to come from an integrated agency background

- Comfortable across art direction & concept development in various different creative mediums; live events, digital, experiential campaigns, comms, script writing, video etc. - the more the better!

- Top-notch copywriting ability

- A portfolio that demonstrates the previous two points

- Any pharmaceutical/healthcare client experience would be advantageous, but not essential

- While you don't need direct line management experience, you will need to be comfortable coaching and mentoring other members of the team, where necessary

- In this role, you will be expected to lead on pitches, so experience of doing this previously would be great


In return, the agency is offering a salary in the region of £50-60,000 p/a. In addition, a performance related bonus, health insurance, a flexible approach to remote working and 25 days holiday (excluding bank holidays).
