Social Account Director- The Agency

This role requires a talented, creative and ambitious Social Account Director to join one of the UK's most dynamic and imaginative technology public relations agencies. This agency uses its experience to generate ideas that get people talking about their brands and clients, delivering communications campaigns that build reputations within the UK and across EMEA.

Social Account Director- The Role

You will be passionate about brand awareness and lead generation via social and digital channels. You will join their team, supporting on existing clients as well leading and growing our B2B social proposition. You will have experience working across multi-channel social media accounts and campaigns, preferably for B2B companies, you will report into the Associate Director.

Social Account Director- Responsibilities

  • A consultant who is able to provide senior counsel and social / digital strategy to clients
  • A team leader - passionate about building out the team's core social and digital skills and delivering campaigns with real impact
  • A new business winner - to help hit our ambitious growth targets
  • A senior agency lead - able to play an important role as part of the agency's senior management team
  • A level head and ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Experience in social strategy, delivery, development and growth from both an organic and promoted perspective
  • Extensive platform experience with Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Proven ability to adapt social media strategy based on developing platform trends
  • A keen eye for cross-discipline integration and an ability to convert PR/marketing activities in to high-impact social media campaigns

Social Account Director- Requirements

  • A willingness to succeed, will be proactive and will take pride in their work
  • Ambitious player with a hard work ethic who is keen to progress / own their career
  • Senior consultant and able to build strong client relations
  • Ability to adapt quickly and contribute to the team's development and understanding
  • Team player who is willing to learn
  • Excellent attention to detail & organisational skills
