Opportunity for an Account Manager to join a successful agency to work on a global, multi-channel account

Account Manager - £30,000-£35,000 - South West London

Based in Clapham, this successful, boutique agency offers brand strategy, promotional marketing, corporate identity, events and digital communications to a broad range of clients across the B2B and B2C markets. As an Account Manager at this boutique agency you will have exposure to strategy and creative work as well as have a true impact on client projects. This role will see you work with an AD, SAD and AE on a retained global consumer facing, multi-channel account. The client is a leading consumer retail product and your role within the team will be to work across multiple work streams, delivering campaigns across branding, digital/web, Shopper POS, promotional toolkits, press etc. from end-to-end.

You'll mentor/supervise an Account Executive and work closely with creatives and planners as well as your team to deliver seasonal campaigns for the client across 40 different markets.

The role is varied and you'll have exposure to the strategic elements of campaigns as well hands on delivery of projects such as delivering a promotional website for the client. You'll be involved in all the work streams as they are so inter-connected, and have the opportunity to judge creative work and liaise with the client on a regular basis.

To be considered for this role you will need to have the fundamentals of great client servicing; great project management and communication skills as well as solid understanding of handling design briefs, scoping/estimates, budget management, timing plans etc.

You'll be someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment, juggling multiple work-streams and working closely with your team in a collaborative manner. Solid digital understanding is important and shopper experience is a bonus but not required.
