Account Director - top creative agency in Manchester

Our client is recognised as one of the top creative agencies in Manchester.  They don't fit into any boxes and they deliver innovative creative marketing campaigns for a range of clients who are predominantly in the sports, lifestyle and e-gaming sectors.  Following an exceptional year in 2020, they are growing and we're currently looking for an Account Director to join the team.  We are looking for someone who is already operating at the Account Director level in a similar creative/integrated agency environment.  We're ideally looking for an Account Director who has strong leadership skills and who is accomplished in working with senior level client stakeholders in global brands - you'll need to be able to manage senior client relationships with several US based clients so a strong personality is required.   You will manage a small team and will lead by example on a range of projects which will encompass branding and promotionally led campaigns but also an increasing number of digital comms and social media/influencer projects too.   At this agency, individuals come from a wide range of agency backgrounds but at it's core everyone who works here is passionate about branding, strong design, youth culture, sport and understanding how consumers behave.  It is this thread of commonality that brings it all together with an exceptional creative output.   Currently the agency is working remotely and it is anticipated that post lockdown they will still offer a high level of flexibility but with regular get togethers in Manchester to ensure their continued success in creative planning and innovation.   To have a confidential chat, please get in touch with Fiona Christian ASAP.
